Friday is my second favorite "F" word.
I kinda sorta did, meaning I'm back to drinking lotsa water during the work day and only having a protein bar for lunch. Not a real diet.
The diet was going well until I remembered that I had mint-chocloate chip ice cream in my fridge...and, no, I did not throw it away, yumm!
Dude..I need someone to keep my on track. My hubs thinks I'm great the way I am and doesn't discourage any bad choices I want to make. Yup..I'm blaming him! LOL *sigh*
I think I need one. And maybe an exercise class next quater.
